  9.   This newsletter is mailed free to all
  10. A.C.E.S. members. If you would like a
  11. subscription, please join the club. (We
  12. are a not-for-profit computer users'
  13. group helping computer owners since
  14. 1979). A.C.E.S. reserves the rights to
  15. all materials printed herein. All
  16. articles that are not protected by
  17. copyright may be reprinted by Apple
  18. User Groups and other non-profit
  19. computer organizations. Such reprints
  20. must give credit to the author and this
  21. publication and a copy of the
  22. publication containing the material
  23. shall be sent to A.C.E.S. 
  24.  
  25. A membership application blank which can 
  26. be printed out is included on this 
  27. diskette. Just complete the application 
  28. and mail your first year dues of $30. 
  29. You will receive a new member pack, 
  30. including 3 FREE 5-1/4" (or 1 FREE 
  31. 3-1/2") club library volume(s). The 
  32. period of membership runs for one year 
  33. from the month the application is 
  34. accepted, and the renewal fee is $20.00 
  35. annually. Dues are not refundable. 
  36. Please allow at least 30 days for pro-
  37. cessing of applications.

  39. Members may avail themselves of the 
  40. "ACES HELP LIST" which lists members 
  41. who are available to offer assistance
  42. in specific fields.  Access the list by
  43. use of "*" and calling it up.

  45. Those members who did not attend the 
  46. annual ACES picnic on October 15th
  47. missed a gala affair.  The Veep out-
  48. did himself with the food and the 
  49. outstanding door prizes.  DO plan on
  50. joining in the festivities next year.
